Don't say I'm everything you've dreamed of
Because that just confines me to existing in your sleep
Don't leave me just as a subconscious memory
Don't pass me off as something that you rarely get to see
I don't want to be your dream
I could turn into a nightmare
I don't want to be your blurry prince
I don't want to be an awfull dragon

Pull me out of your fantasy
Make me part of your reality
Make something more than a figure you see at night
Turn me into something worth part of your life

Refrain from calling me dreamy
That just sounds to perfect
Instead, Call me human
And help me fix all my defects

I don't want to be a dream
Dreams can be forgotten
I want to be a memory
That your soul can never darken

I need not be a dream
I need not be a faded memory
I need to be a caring soul
That loves you daily
